Save a Report View

Step 1: Customize Your View

• Use the available filters, dropdowns, and visualizations on the dashboard to modify the view as per your requirements.

• Adjust parameters like Distributor, DC, Operator, Manufacturer, and date range from the controls at the top.

Step 2: Locate the "Capture View" Button

• Once you have customized your view, look at the top-right corner of the interface.

• Click the "Capture View" button.

Step 3: Save the View

• After clicking "Capture View", the system will save the current state of the dashboard, including all applied filters and visualizations.

• This saved view allows you to quickly revisit the same configuration in the future.

Step 4: Manage Saved Views (Optional)

• You can access your saved views through the Saved Views section or similar options on the interface for easier navigation.

Additional Features

• Set Subscription: Automate reports based on saved views.

• Print: Export the current view for offline use.
