Products Report

Detailed performance reporting by product including volume, revenue, and distribution activity across manufacturers.

What Is the Products Report?

The Products report breaks down sales performance at the product and manufacturer level. It displays both revenue and shipped case volume side by side, making it easy to compare which manufacturers and products are contributing most to the business — and which may need attention.

Charts

The Products report contains three visualizations:

Sales Amount by Manufacturer — A horizontal bar chart ranking manufacturers by total sales revenue within the selected date range. Each bar represents a single manufacturer's total dollar contribution, making it easy to identify your top revenue-generating suppliers at a glance.

Shipped Cases by Manufacturer — A second horizontal bar chart ranking the same manufacturers by total shipped case volume. Comparing this chart against the Sales Amount chart helps surface differences between high-revenue and high-volume manufacturers — for example, a manufacturer with high case volume but lower revenue may indicate lower average pricing per case.

Top 10 Products — A stacked bar chart on the right side of the page showing the top 10 individual products by total sales amount. Each bar is broken down by distributor, color-coded by distributor name, so you can see not just which products are performing best overall but which distributors are carrying them. This is useful for understanding product distribution coverage and identifying where a top product may be underrepresented across the network.

Filters

Use the filter bar at the top of the page to scope the data:

  • Distributor — Limit results to one or more specific distributors.

  • DC — Narrow to a specific distribution center.

  • Operator — Focus on a specific operator's purchasing activity.

  • Manufacturer — Filter to a specific manufacturer to isolate their product performance.

  • Date Range — Set a custom start and end date to control the reporting period.
