Dashboard
A high-level overview of key performance indicators including Fill Rate, Shipped Cases, Ordered Cases, and Average Dollar per Case.
What Is the Dashboard?
The Analytics Dashboard is a summary-level view of the most critical performance metrics across your distribution network. It is designed to give administrators, operators, and analysts an immediate read on business health — covering volume, fill performance, and average pricing across any combination of distributors, DCs, operators, and manufacturers.
Key Metrics
Four headline KPIs are displayed at the top of the Dashboard:
Fill Rate — The percentage of ordered cases that were successfully shipped. A high fill rate indicates distributors are meeting demand; a declining fill rate may signal supply or fulfillment issues that need attention.
Shipped Cases — The total number of cases shipped within the selected date range. This reflects actual delivery volume across the network.
Ordered Cases — The total number of cases ordered within the selected date range. Comparing this to Shipped Cases shows the gap in fulfillment.
Avg Dollar per Case — The average revenue per case shipped. Use this to monitor pricing trends and spot shifts in product mix or cost structure.
Charts
Below the KPIs, the Dashboard displays two stacked bar charts broken down by month and distributor:
Sales Amount — Monthly sales revenue broken down by distributor, showing each distributor's contribution to total revenue over time.
Shipped Cases — Monthly shipped case volume broken down by distributor, making it easy to compare distribution activity across partners and identify seasonal trends.
Each bar is color-coded by distributor, and hovering over segments reveals exact dollar or case values. The chart legend identifies each distributor by color.
Filters
Use the filter bar at the top of the page to scope the Dashboard to specific data:
Distributor — Filter to one or more specific distributors.
DC — Narrow down to a specific distribution center.
Operator — Focus on a specific operator's performance.
Manufacturer — Filter by manufacturer to see product-level distribution activity.
Date Range — Set a custom start and end date to control the time period displayed.
Saving and Sharing Views
Use the buttons in the top-right corner to manage your Dashboard view:
Saved Views — Save your current filter configuration to quickly return to it later.
Capture View — Take a snapshot of the current Dashboard state for sharing or documentation.
Print — Print the current Dashboard view directly from the browser.
