Inventory Report
Real-time and historical inventory analysis showing cases on hand, cases on order, and average weekly delivery volume by distributor.
What Is the Inventory Report?
The Inventory Report gives a product-level view of inventory status alongside distributor-level delivery benchmarks. It is designed to help operators and administrators understand what is currently in stock, what is on order, and how delivery volume trends over time — all in one place.
Charts
Cases On Hand vs. Cases On Order — A horizontal bar chart showing individual products with two data points each: cases currently on hand (orange) and cases currently on order (green). This side-by-side view makes it easy to spot products where on-hand inventory is low relative to what is on order, or where no orders have been placed despite low stock levels.
Avg Weekly Delivered Cases by Distributor — A horizontal bar chart ranking distributors by their average weekly delivered case volume over the selected time window. This gives a normalized view of distributor activity that accounts for variability in weekly shipments, making it useful for comparing distributor throughput on an apples-to-apples basis.
Filters
The Inventory Report offers a broad set of filters to help you focus on the most relevant data:
Operator — Filter to a specific operator's inventory data.
Distributor — Limit results to one or more specific distributors.
DC — Narrow to a specific distribution center.
Manufacturer — Filter by product manufacturer.
Avg Weekly Usage — Set the time window used to calculate average weekly usage (e.g., 4 Weeks). This controls how the weekly delivery averages are computed across the report.
Category — Filter by product category to focus on a specific segment of the catalog.
NDA # — Search by NDA product identifier.
DC Item # — Filter by distributor item number.
Operator POD # — Filter by operator purchase order number.
