User Tools — Date Toggles, Multi‑Select Dimensions, and Filtering

1. Toggle On Dates in Report Builder

Within the Report Builder (and several other reports), you can add or remove date fields from your view.

To toggle date fields:

1. Open Report Builder.

2. Look for the Date Range selectors at the top of the page (as shown in the screenshot).

3. Click either date box to open the calendar picker.

4. Select new start/end dates to rebuild the report with the updated range.

This allows quick comparison of different time periods without changing filters.

2. Selecting Multiple Dimensions

Many dropdowns in reporting tabs allow multi‑select using keyboard controls.

To select multiple:

• Windows: Hold CTRL, then click each value you want.

• Mac: Hold Command (⌘), then click each value you want.

Example:
You can pull a report for multiple Distributors, DCs, or Operators all at once.

This is useful for grouping or comparing similar segments in a single view.

3. Using the Filter Icon

The Filter icon appears next to the Date Range on many report pages.

To filter:

1. Click the Filter icon (funnel icon).

2. A filter sidebar or dropdown opens.

3. Type in a value or choose from the list.

Example:
On the Order Guide tab, you can filter by DC Item Number by searching directly in the field.

Filtering helps you isolate specific products, customers, or distributors quickly.
